ORDERING SYSTEM

Our ordering system is very simple:

1. New accounts, need to fill it up our dealer application form.
2. If in Califofrnia we will need a copy of your resale permit certificate.
3. Once you are a customer, you can be able to place your orders by phone, by fax or by email
4. You can request a pro form invoice for review before your order is ship.
5. If you place your orders first thing in the morning, we will try to ship the same day if everything is clear and complete.
6. All payments must be by any major Credit Card,wire transfer or if pick up cash.
7. If you plan to do the pick up of your order we will need 24 hours in advance comfirmation.
8. If manufacturer defect we will exchange for free other than that we will provide authorization before returning any item.
